Who is this service for?
Owner operators and small fleets looking for help with load searches, broker communication, dispatch coordination, and paperwork. Contact us to discuss your equipment and preferred lanes.
Do I choose which loads to accept?
Yes. We present the opportunity and dispatch fee. You approve or decline the load and remain in control of your operation.
How is the dispatch fee calculated?
For each approved load, the fee is 8% of the gross load rate or $50.00, whichever is greater. For example, a $2,000.00 load has a $160.00 dispatch fee. Your written agreement sets the final service and payment terms.
Do you guarantee loads or revenue?
No. Available loads and rates depend on the market, equipment, lanes, timing, and carrier eligibility. We do not guarantee load volume, rates, or earnings.
What do you need to get started?
Start with your name, company, equipment, and preferred lanes. We’ll discuss the carrier agreement and onboarding documents directly. Please don’t include tax forms or other sensitive documents in an introductory text.
